- Organize and manage daily calendar schedules.
- Prepare and draft reports, presentations, and related documents.
- Maintain documentation and filing systems.
- Act as a liaison between management and external parties or internal staff.
- Communicate information and decisions from management to relevant teams or stakeholders.
- Translate documents, articles, reports, and other written materials as requested.
- Ensure timely and accurate translations in line with provided guidelines.
- Communicate with clients or stakeholders to clarify ambiguous terms or concepts.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and critical information related to the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Linguistics, Languages, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both the source and target languages, with strong oral and written skills.
- At least 1 (one) year of experience in translation.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Research skills to understand specialized terminology across fields (e.g., legal, technical, medical).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Chinese language with a minimum HSK Level 5.
