Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Mechanical Manufacturing Company for the role of Key Account Manager - Cooling for an experience at least 5 years.

Job Description :

Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers in the cooling product sector.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial and technical queries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential key accounts.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in alignment with company strategy.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the cooling/HVAC segment.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Provide feedback and insights to support product development and innovation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal departments for contracts, credit control, and compliance.

Job Requirements :

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • (MBA is a plus.)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Prior experience in the
    cooling systems, refrigeration, or HVAC industry
    is
    highly preferred
    .

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of technical cooling products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
