职责:
- 支持销售策略。
在销售经理的指导下,实施并执行销售计划、策略和策略。

协助完成与销售相关的行政工作,例如订单处理、开票和记录保存。
- 培训与支持。
为销售人员提供培训和指导,协助入职,并解答疑问或疑虑。
- 客户沟通。
与客户互动,解答疑问,确保客户满意。
- 销售目标达成。
达到或超越个人和团队的销售目标。
- 问题解决。
处理和解决销售过程中出现的问题,例如客户投诉或订单差异。
要求:
- 必须精通普通话(口语、书写和阅读)。
- 至少3年助理经理经验(优先)。
- 愿意出差。
- 教育背景:本科(S1)学位,不限专业。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office、Excel和PowerPoint。
- 良好的沟通能力。
- 诚实、自律、负责。
- 能够团队合作和独立工作。
- 必须持有有效的SIM A驾照。
- 工作地点:泗水地区。
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Strategy.
Under the direction of the Sales Manager, implement and execute sales plans, strategies, and tactics.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis.
Prepare sales reports, analyze data to identify trends and forecast performance.
- Administrative Support.
Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, such as order processing, invoicing, and record keeping.
- Training & Support.
Provide training and guidance to sales staff, assist with onboarding, and answer questions or concerns.
- Customer Communication.
Interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Goal Achievement.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Problem Solving.
Handle and resolve issues that arise during the sales process, such as customer complaints or order discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken, written, and read).
- Minimum 3 years of Assistant Manager experience (preferred).
- Willing to travel for this role.
- Education: Bachelor's (S1) degree, any major.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Honest, self-disciplined and responsible.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Must hold a valid SIM A driver's license.
- Work location: Surabaya area.
