职责:

  • 支持销售策略。

在销售经理的指导下,实施并执行销售计划、策略和策略。

处理和解决销售过程中出现的问题,例如客户投诉或订单差异。

要求:

  • 必须精通普通话(口语、书写和阅读)。
  • 至少3年助理经理经验(优先)。
  • 愿意出差。
  • 教育背景:本科(S1)学位,不限专业。
  • 熟练使用Microsoft Office、Excel和PowerPoint。
  • 良好的沟通能力。
  • 诚实、自律、负责。
  • 能够团队合作和独立工作。
  • 必须持有有效的SIM A驾照。
  • 工作地点:泗水地区。

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Strategy.

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, implement and execute sales plans, strategies, and tactics.

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis.

Prepare sales reports, analyze data to identify trends and forecast performance.

  • Administrative Support.

Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, such as order processing, invoicing, and record keeping.

  • Training & Support.

Provide training and guidance to sales staff, assist with onboarding, and answer questions or concerns.

  • Customer Communication.

Interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Goal Achievement.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

  • Problem Solving.

Handle and resolve issues that arise during the sales process, such as customer complaints or order discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken, written, and read).
  • Minimum 3 years of Assistant Manager experience (preferred).
  • Willing to travel for this role.
  • Education: Bachelor's (S1) degree, any major.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Honest, self-disciplined and responsible.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Must hold a valid SIM A driver's license.
  • Work location: Surabaya area.
