Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements through active communication and offer tailored product solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Lead negotiations with customers to close deals and process purchase orders efficiently.
  • Utilize CRM tools daily to manage customer information, sales activities, and follow‑ups.
  • Track and regularly report on sales performance and target achievements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major; graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Able to demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge during client interactions.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales; candidates with relevant B2C sales experience will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of over‑achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Possess a valid SIM A driving license.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
