Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Support supplier selection, qualification, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery, service) using agreed KPIs.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and risk assessments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, production, quality assurance) to ensure smooth supplier operations.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.
  • Ensure suppliers comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Manage supplier issue resolution, including delivery delays, quality problems, or compliance concerns.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in supplier management.
  • Support reporting, documentation, and data management related to supplier activities.
