An Insurance BPO company with global operations is looking for leaders with skills and abilities to work as Insurance Admin Supervisor who will be leading teams of data entry specialists performing tasks such as inputting data into system, insurance operational work & communicating with stakeholders in English. This role requires proficient active and passive English skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a hands‑on leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a team and ensuring high performance and accuracy in day-to-day operations
  • Monitoring and improving team productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Coaching, training, and giving continuous development support to team members
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes, SLAs, and client expectations
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and streamline processes
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and drive scalable solutions
Qualifications
  • Excellent command in English - please attach your TOEFL/IELTS score report, if any
  • Min. 1 year of hands‑on leadership experience - managing a team or projects, or running a business with 5+ people
  • A proactive learner who is resilient, adaptable, and eager to grow beyond their comfort zone
  • A creative problem solver who can deliver practical and scalable solutions
  • Strong service orientation and the ability to operate independently with sound judgment
  • Comfortable working with data and performing detailed administrative tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill
  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Willingness to thrive in a dynamic, flexible work environment

You will gain advantage over other applicants if you have hands‑on experience in general insurance field or international insurance companies (reinsurers, brokers, insurer/carriers, etc.).
