We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and creative individual to join our Marketing Communication team as an Event & Creative Staff. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life — from concept to execution — through engaging mall events, activations, and creative content.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute mall events, brand activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Liaise with vendors, tenants, and partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage event logistics, setup, and on-site operations.
Prepare post-event reports, documentation, and evaluations.
Creative & Marketing Support
Collaborate on creative concepts for marketing campaigns and mall events.
- Coordinate production of promotional and collateral materials (designs, visuals, signage).
Work closely with the design team or external vendors to ensure brand consistency.
Digital & Social Media Support
Assist in developing creative content ideas for social media and digital campaigns.
- Support content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in event organization, creative production, or marketing (experience in a shopping mall or retail industry is a plus).
- Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Skills required
- Strong interest in events, branding, and creative marketing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on in execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut) is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during event periods.
