Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company Gmail accounts (Toko Mama).
  • Set up and manage access to internal systems (ERP, WMS, POS).
  • Handle and analyze operational issues, escalating to IT Support when needed.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system errors.
  • Correct data entries in the database (e.g., item codes, turnover values).
  • Create and maintain user manuals for internal systems.
  • Work in a shifting schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in IT Support or Helpdesk is a plus.
