Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company Gmail accounts (Toko Mama).
- Set up and manage access to internal systems (ERP, WMS, POS).
- Handle and analyze operational issues, escalating to IT Support when needed.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system errors.
- Correct data entries in the database (e.g., item codes, turnover values).
- Create and maintain user manuals for internal systems.
- Work in a shifting schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to resolve system issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in IT Support or Helpdesk is a plus.
