Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of consumer research projects
- Analyze and interpret data from A variety of sources, including surveys, focus groups, and social media
- Generate insights that inform marketing and product development decisions
- Present findings to internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research methods
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), preferably in FMCG or the beauty industry
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Great communication and negotiation abilities
- Able to think critically and work systematically
- Familiar with data visualization tools or techniques
