Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of consumer research projects
  • Analyze and interpret data from A variety of sources, including surveys, focus groups, and social media
  • Generate insights that inform marketing and product development decisions
  • Present findings to internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research methods

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), preferably in FMCG or the beauty industry
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Great communication and negotiation abilities
  • Able to think critically and work systematically
  • Familiar with data visualization tools or techniques
