We Are Hiring: Talent Acquisition Officer

About The Role:

The Talent Acquisition Officer role is the process of finding, attracting, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles that are aligned with an organization’s long-term goals. This position plays a key role in identifying, recruiting, and retaining the best candidates while also ensuring continuous development and career growth opportunities for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offering, and onboarding. They have a skill in mass recruitment.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and future workforce planning.
  • Develop employer branding strategies through social media, career fairs, and partnerships.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Responsible for probationary employees.
  • Responsible for updating organizational structure and job descriptions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or learning & development.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and onboarding best practices.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Glints, etc.).
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.

Place: Cengkareng, West Jakarta

Willing to work 2 times a month on Saturday.
