About The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Officer role is the process of finding, attracting, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles that are aligned with an organization’s long-term goals. This position plays a key role in identifying, recruiting, and retaining the best candidates while also ensuring continuous development and career growth opportunities for employees.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offering, and onboarding. They have a skill in mass recruitment.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and future workforce planning.
- Develop employer branding strategies through social media, career fairs, and partnerships.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics.
- Responsible for probationary employees.
- Responsible for updating organizational structure and job descriptions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or learning & development.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and onboarding best practices.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Glints, etc.).
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
Place: Cengkareng, West Jakarta
Willing to work 2 times a month on Saturday.
