Accounting Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., PSAK in Indonesia or IFRS).
- Liaise with auditors for annual audits and ensure audit readiness
- Liaise with tax consultant & assist to to prepare data/ report as per advised by consultant. Ensure timely submission of all tax filings, including VAT (PPN), income tax (PPh), and other statutory taxes.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Perform periodic tax reconciliations to ensure accuracy between accounting records and tax filings.
- Coordinate with tax authorities for inquiries, audits, and inspections, providing all necessary documentation.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of withholding taxes and certificates issued to vendors or received from customers.
- Develop and maintain a tax calendar to avoid delays or penalties in tax compliance.
- Manage and process the company's end to end financial data, income statement balance sheet, cash flow statement accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Holds minimum Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Time-management skills.
- Good command in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Willing to be work in Ruko Golf Island, Jakarta Utara.
