Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support position located in Surabaya. The IT Support specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining desktop computers, and offering help desk support. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network and technical IT problems, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, and assisting staff with any technical issues they may encounter.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and maintaining Desktop Computers
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting Network Cases
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology concepts and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Experience with creative agencies or similar environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Surabaya based, full WFO
