About the role
We are seeking a talented Sales & Administration professional to join our dynamic team at PT Fujimaki Steel Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and driving sales success from our office in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat.
What you'll be doing
- Handling all incoming sales inquiries and managing the sales pipeline effectively
- Providing high-quality customer service and resolving any client queries or concerns in a timely manner
- Generating sales leads, preparing quotes, and following up with potential clients
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing, order processing, and inventory management
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the Administrasi & Dukungan Perkantoran / Administrasi Klien & Penjualan industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Willing to travel and do some business trip.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company. Having Car Driving Lisence is A Mandatory
