Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor (IQC)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor (IQC) to lead and coordinate our Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials meet company quality standards through systematic inspection, data analysis, and supplier improvement initiatives.

What you will do:

• Lead and coordinate Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities to ensure all incoming parts and materials meet specified standards.
• Supervise and manage data collection related to incoming parts’ quality.
• Conduct and oversee part quality analysis and follow up on quality issues with both overseas and local suppliers.
• Drive supplier development and improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply quality performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve quality concerns and implement preventive measures.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and relevant documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance function.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Supervisor – IQC or in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and inspection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret Mechanical and Electronics drawings.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong quality mindset.
• Good leadership and supervisory capabilities to manage and develop the IQC team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to continuous improvement.
