Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure that every trucking project (Daily Rent, FTL, Dedicated, Off-Key) and Cargo (LTL) runs effectively and efficiently.

Implement service orders from the sales team.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of OMS operations data from sales.

Provide operational data for costing creation and changes.

Provide SLA data for own fleet and subcontract delivery.

Coordinate with internal and external teams.

Optimize the use of ownfleet for each project.

Ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is advantageous.

Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and project planning.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Have data processing skills (Google sheets/Ms.Excel) at least intermediate level.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
