We are looking for a driven and resourceful 
Recruitment Consultant
 to join our team at 
InCorp Indonesia
. This role will focus on managing the 
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
 for both our 
internal hires
 and 
external client recruitment projects
. You will work closely with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to deliver top talent solutions while upholding InCorp's standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Handle 
    internal recruitment
     needs for InCorp offices nationwide, ensuring we attract and retain top professionals.
  • Execute 
    external recruitment
     projects for client companies across diverse industries (hospitality, professional services, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and other creative sourcing strategies.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, role specifications, and cultural fit.
  • Provide market insights, candidate mapping, and advisory support to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues to ensure recruitment success.

Operational & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and project trackers.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly recruitment KPIs and contribute to business development where needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience
     (agency, in-house, or consulting); experience handling both internal & client recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Familiar with various sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in 
    Bahasa Indonesia and English
    .
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
