General Services Specialist/General Affair Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong skills in Building Management, Asset & Facility Management, and Vendor Management
- Good knowledge of HSE/K3L (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations & environmental management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance of buildings, electricity, water supply, roads, and other plant facilities
- Coordinate facility repairs to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with security to maintain plant safety and security
- Ensure security systems (CCTV, hydrants, alarms, access controls) operate effectively
- Oversee vendors for cleaning, pest control, and non-hazardous waste management
- Support the company's HSE programs
- Provide, manage, and maintain company/operational vehicles, including drivers and vehicle administration
- Manage employee facilities such as accommodation, business travel, canteen, dormitory, and other general services
- Support company activities (gatherings, meetings, guest visits)
- Handle purchasing and inventory control of office supplies and equipment
