About the role
We are seeking a talented Technical Application Engineer to join our dynamic team at PT Mapal Indonesia. As a Technical Application Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and use your expertise to make a real impact in the Machining and Metal Cutting tool Industries . This is a full-time position based in Bekasi, West Java.
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical expertise and fully responsible for all application of Mapal Tool test cutting
- Supporting Sales team in technical application on the field
- Collaborate with Customer Service Technical to concept tool design
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations to educate customers on our offerings
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or queries raised by customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help inform product development and improvement initiatives
- Working on creating technical documentation
- Report regularly for the test cutting and visit
What we're looking for
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical application or metal working procsess
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools ( Auto Cad ,CadCam and CNC ), with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
