Inspecting construction materials, products, and workmanship to identify and address any quality issues
Conducting regular site audits and quality control checks to monitor the progress and conformity of construction work
Liaising with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related problems in a timely manner
Documenting all quality control activities and maintaining detailed records for each project
Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
Providing training and guidance to construction personnel on quality control best practices
Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Qualification

Degree in all major or a related field
Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the construction industry
Preferably has prior experience working with or for Huawei as a Quality Control
Preferably has prior experience working at Telco Implementation or Telecommunication Industry
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control principles
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Proficient in using quality control software and inspection tools
