Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Project Manager located in Cengkareng. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing customer relationships, and leading sales training programs. Daily tasks include maintaining customer service excellence, developing and executing sales strategies, and coordinating with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct effective presentation sessions for the sales team
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Cengkareng
- Prior experience in the piping industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
