Job Description

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to grow app users and engagement.
  • Develop loyalty strategies to retain long-term users, including rewards, incentives, or badges for active users
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, content marketing, paid ads).
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI of campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and relevant partners.
  • Collaborate with business teams to launch features and promotions.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership on marketing performance.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Min 3+ years experience in Managerial Position
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in tech startups, apps, or service platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in brand building, community engagement, or growth marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
