Job Description
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to grow app users and engagement.
- Develop loyalty strategies to retain long-term users, including rewards, incentives, or badges for active users
- Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, content marketing, paid ads).
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistent communication across all channels.

- Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI of campaigns.

- Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership on marketing performance.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Min 3+ years experience in Managerial Position
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in tech startups, apps, or service platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and user acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision making.
- Experience in brand building, community engagement, or growth marketing is a plus.
