Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the retail sales team to ensure smooth functioning and optimal sales performance.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvements.
- Assist in the training and development of team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury goods, FMCG, or premium automobile sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands-on approach to team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for luxury goods and a deep understanding of the premium retail market.
