The Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager (Operations) in Indonesia to oversee the behind-the-scenes processes that keep our influencer campaigns running efficiently. This role combines campaign coordination, workflow optimization, and team support — ideal for someone who thrives on organization and enjoys improving how things get done.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the operational side of influencer marketing campaigns — from planning to delivery.

  • Ensure campaign timelines, deliverables, and communications are well-structured and on track.

  • Support influencer managers and coordinators with project organization, reporting, and follow-ups.

  • Streamline internal workflows, tools, and processes to improve campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (talent, performance, client success) to align on priorities and deliverables.

  • Help identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or campaign operations.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating across teams.

  • Comfortable using project management tools, CRMs, and performance dashboards.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and supporting team success.
