Responsibilities
- Design and develop syllabus for our workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Create comprehensive Terms of Reference (ToR) for speakers and trainers to ensure clarity on objectives and expectations
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with speakers to align on content and deliverables
- Conduct thorough literature reviews and in-depth interviews with Aksoro's users or customers to continuously improve program quality based on real insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product promotion and execution strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Management, Business, or a related major)
- Proven experience min. 1-2 years in product development, particularly within the education or training sector
- Strong research skills, with a passion for uncovering insights and trends to drive innovation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with speakers and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timeline
- Willing to be located in Yogyakarta
