Bar Supervisor
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor
• Preferably has experience working in a restaurant or bar with a Western cuisine concept
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in a team and responsible for bar operations as well as supervising the staff

Responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service standards. Lead and motivate the bar team to maintain excellent product quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with company SOPs. Collaborate with management to develop drink menus and improve overall guest experience.
