Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of independent offline channel development experience, including experience in large retail chains, hypermarkets, and street vendors. Experience supplying for INDOMARET and ALFAMART preferred.
  • Experience in the following product categories preferred: FMCG, TOYS, CCG, TCG, small home appliances, cosmetics, food, personal care products, and health management products.
  • Language proficiency: Chinese preferred, English required.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Development

  • Identify and evaluate potential retail partners, including large retail chains, hypermarkets, and street vendors.

  • Develop and execute channel development plans to rapidly expand sales networks and ensure coverage of key market areas.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors' channel strategies and identify differentiation opportunities.

  • Retail Maintenance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers to ensure continued product sales.

  • Regularly visit retailers to provide product training and sales support, enhancing the product knowledge of retail sales staff. - Monitor retailers' inventory and sales, and adjust replenishment strategies promptly to ensure adequate product supply.

  • Sales Support

  • Provide marketing materials and sales tools to help retailers promote and promote products.

  • Organize promotional events and demonstrations to increase product exposure and sales.
  • Collect market feedback and provide timely feedback to the company on product performance and market demand.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze sales data, evaluate channel performance, and develop improvement strategies.

  • Regularly report to management on the progress of channel development and maintenance, providing market insights.

  • Teamwork

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure channel strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to share market insights and sales experiences.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Understand market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape, particularly regarding children's and parents' preferences.
  • Channel Strategy Development: Based on market research findings, formulate channel development and maintenance strategies to ensure effective product distribution in target markets. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, ensuring excellent communication and support.
  • Sales Training: Provide product knowledge and sales skills training to retailers to help them effectively promote products.
