Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with both client goals and company objectives.
  • Monitor account performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive success.
  • Achieve sales targets by actively prospecting new clients, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of the company's offerings.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress toward closing deals.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both clients and the company.
  • Explore and learn about EV chargers and the evolving electric vehicle industry to better understand client requirements and offer informed, forward-thinking solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations.
  • Solid understanding of client relationship management and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with sales forecasting tools (preferred).
