Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with both client goals and company objectives.
- Monitor account performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive success.
- Achieve sales targets by actively prospecting new clients, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of the company's offerings.
- Track and manage sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress toward closing deals.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both clients and the company.
- Explore and learn about EV chargers and the evolving electric vehicle industry to better understand client requirements and offer informed, forward-thinking solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations.
- Solid understanding of client relationship management and sales principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with sales forecasting tools (preferred).
