Responsibilities
- Approach and maintain relationships with clients in the local market.
- Identify business opportunities and handle client inquiries.
- Manage sales inquiries in accordance with the company's procedures.
- Coordinate between clients and the company's support team.
- Clarify technical information with clients, consultants, and the internal support team.
- Prepare project information for the Engineering team.
- Prepare quotations and technical documents for client submission.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications / Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
- Prior experience in Sales Support, Sales Engineer, Design Engineer, or Site Engineer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Flexible to work beyond office hours when needed.
