As a Recruiter Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team, primarily focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent for entry-level, support, and Operations-related roles, while also assisting with other recruitment initiatives as required.
What You'll Do
- Utilize internal channels and job portals to actively source and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews for selected positions under the guidance of the recruitment team.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring assessments, and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate from any major.
- Previous internship or experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in headhunting and building candidate pipelines across multiple channels and professional networks is an advantage.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prior experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus.
