Job Description:

Manage full-cycle Recruitment from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Sourcing candidates online, updating job ads on career pages, and social media, participating in job fairs, hosting house recruitment events .
Play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Has experienced handle and communication with management.

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Human resources Management, Organization Psychology, or a relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, persistence and networking skills.
Experience with sourcing technique.
Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (Chinese) is required.
