The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-ups, and tailored proposals.
  • Achieve sales targets by exploring market potential and expanding customer base.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and customer focus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any discipline; a degree in Communications will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping Line industries.
  • Energetic, dynamic, and willing to work in a mobile/field environment.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to be based in West Jakarta.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays.
