Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a
E&M Development Manager
with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Mechanical/Electrical, with some expertise in building construction products, regulations & standards.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E work/construction management and at least 3 years in a leadership/management role and senior level in consultant.
  • Qualified in risk management or equivalent.
  • Competency of Engineering & Maintenance certificate from National Certification Boards or others.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially in operating Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent in English, both written and spoken.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and manage the engineering development team across various projects and stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee onsite and offsite construction projects to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Review M&E design documents in coordination with consultants/engineers.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Direct construction projects from conception to completion, including scheduling deliverables and cost estimation.
  • Perform load and stress calculations, select construction materials, and provide technical advice.
  • Develop and monitor implementation programs to reduce maintenance, repair, and replacement costs, and minimize plant failure risks.
  • Conduct regular property risk reviews to identify and mitigate major technical risks.
  • Handle corporate development requests, including M&E upgrades for internal needs and tenant fit-outs.
  • Evaluate contractors, provide recommendations for inspections or improvements, and advise on maintenance, replacement, or repair obligations.
