Job Descriptions:
- Planning, managing, and supervising the implementation of housekeeping operational activities.
- Providing feedback on performance and matters related to the execution of cleaning and security tasks.
- Reviewing daily and monthly work schedules of all vendors.
- Evaluating the performance of cleaning service, pest control, and rubbish removal vendors on a regular basis.
- Conducting inventory control and supervision of all housekeeping, security, and parking equipment and supplies.
- Preparing budgeting and planning, controlling, and evaluating the Housekeeping Team, including handling SAP MM and FPB related to housekeeping, pest control, sanitation, waste coordination, building glass façade cleaning, work permit processing, and office equipment maintenance.
Job Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Min. 5 years of experience as General Services Head, General Affairs Manager, or Facility Management role in High-rise Building operations within Hospitality or Building Management field.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, security management, pest control, waste management, and general building maintenance.
- Proven experience in vendor management, including performance evaluation and service quality monitoring.
- Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
