Job Description:
- Designing, implementing, and improving company quality standards.
- Analyzing data in order to find areas for growth.
- Assisting in the recruiting process.
- Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
- Creating reports to track progress.
- Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
- Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Verification of trial testing and commissioning activities;
- Procedures for issuing non-conformance reports
- Lead Major Inspections & Equipment Calibrations
- Control Minor Inspections & Equipment Calibrations by QC Engineer
- Measure, monitor, and control Product Quality
- Measure, monitor, and control Process Quality
- Prepare/Review/Develop a Request for Inspection
- Prepare/Review/Develop an Inspection Checklist/Report
- Prepare/Review/Develop a QC/QA occasional report
- Summarize and Monitor all reports related to Quality
- Quality auditing
