Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the building material business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across project and retail (B2B/B2C) channels.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts — contractors, developers, architects, and distributors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, technical, and logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend business improvements.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales of building materials (e.g., aluminium, steel, wood, roofing, cement, tiles, façade, or hardware products).
  • Proven track record in handling project sales or key accounts in construction or property sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Willing to travel for project or client visits.
