Job Description:
Assisting the Compensation & Benefits team with administrative tasks; preparing certificates/official letters, PJS letters, and transfer letters; managing attendance administration from the attendance machine system; and verifying the quality of attendance data in Sunfish.
Requirements
:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong skill in administrative support
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and filing skills for both digital and hard-copy documents.
- Good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
