Job Description:

Assisting the Compensation & Benefits team with administrative tasks; preparing certificates/official letters, PJS letters, and transfer letters; managing attendance administration from the attendance machine system; and verifying the quality of attendance data in Sunfish.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong skill in administrative support
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and filing skills for both digital and hard-copy documents.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willing to do full Work From Office at
    Head Office, West Jakarta
