About the role
Scanwell Logistics Indonesia, a leading logistics and supply chain management company, is seeking a dedicated Accounting and Finance professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Raya, and will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health and compliance of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to maintain accurate records
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and liaising with relevant authorities
- Supporting the implementation of financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and analytical capabilities
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
