Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of QA/QC principles, software testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, performance, and DR testing.
  • Capable of reviewing documentation, design, and code to ensure alignment with Bank Indonesia's QA standards.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and QA frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Job Description:

  • Lead and perform end-to-end Quality Assurance activities for applications and infrastructure.
  • Conduct reviews of design documents, architecture, and development artifacts to ensure compliance with QA standards.
  • Develop and manage test strategy, test plans, and test cases for digital systems.
  • Validate business process logic, functional specifications, and technical integration.
  • Monitor and evaluate testing results, ensuring issues are documented and resolved.
  • Coordinate with developers, testers, and infrastructure teams to ensure test environment readiness.
  • Provide technical recommendations for improving QA processes and software quality.
  • Contribute expertise to other Bank Indonesia digital development initiatives as required.
