Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
Skills & Competencies:
Deep understanding of QA/QC principles, software testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, performance, and DR testing.
- Capable of reviewing documentation, design, and code to ensure alignment with Bank Indonesia's QA standards.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and QA frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Job Description:
- Lead and perform end-to-end Quality Assurance activities for applications and infrastructure.
- Conduct reviews of design documents, architecture, and development artifacts to ensure compliance with QA standards.
- Develop and manage test strategy, test plans, and test cases for digital systems.
- Validate business process logic, functional specifications, and technical integration.
- Monitor and evaluate testing results, ensuring issues are documented and resolved.
- Coordinate with developers, testers, and infrastructure teams to ensure test environment readiness.
- Provide technical recommendations for improving QA processes and software quality.
- Contribute expertise to other Bank Indonesia digital development initiatives as required.
