Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of merchant onboarding, from application receipt to activation in our system, ensuring a seamless integration into our platform
  • Implement strategies and procedures to improve the onboarding process efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance merchant satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams across all markets of Grab to streamline cross-functional workflows impacting merchant onboarding and activation
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the onboarding process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the onboarding process
Requirements
  • Minimum S1 in relevant field, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations or a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing and improving processes or similar operational workflows
