Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, training & development and organizational development
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process, TNA and organization development
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Willing to work at Cengkareng Business City, West Jakarta

- Design and implement talent development programs, including training, leadership development, and succession planning.
