About the Role
PT Lotte Innovate Indonesia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Staff – SAP to join our IT team. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for SAP users, ensuring system stability, and assisting with basic configuration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for SAP users and handle basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist with user account setup, access rights, and issue tracking.
  • Monitor SAP system performance and report issues to the IT team or vendor.
  • Support data entry, documentation, and ensure data accuracy across SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Maintain IT documentation and provide user guidance when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support; experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.) preferred.
  • Good communication skills and a strong service-oriented attitude.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
