Role Overview
We are seeking an
AI Business Process & Project Analyst
to support
Maknadata's AI deployment projects
This role combines process analysis with project coordination to ensure that AI solutions are implemented into the right business processes and deliver maximum impact for our clients.

who enjoy solving problems, analyzing workflows, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Alignment
- Analyze client business processes to identify where AI solutions can deliver the most value.
- Map current vs. future-state processes and recommend AI integration points.
- Ensure that AI models and analytics are aligned with business needs and operational workflows.
- Work with clients to document and validate process improvements enabled by AI.
Project Management
- Coordinate and monitor AI deployment projects to ensure delivery within timeline, scope, and quality standards.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and client-facing progress updates.
- Support end-to-end delivery from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a bridge between Maknadata's technical team and client business stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment between project goals and business needs.
- Support change management and adoption when new AI-driven processes are introduced.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in
business process improvement
,
project coordination
, or related fields.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving
skills with ability to map processes.
- Familiarity with
project management methodologies
(Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Hands-on experience with project and documentation tools (e.g.,
Asana, Trello, JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent
communication and stakeholder engagement
abilities, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in client-facing projects.
