Job Description:
As a Store Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including staff supervision, inventory management, sales analysis, customer engagement, and content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Develop a social media plan/ content to support the store business development.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, expenses, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the coffee shop industry, retail industry, and or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Able to create a content for store's social media.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in retail management software.
- Passion for retail and a customer-centric mindset.
