JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior CDP.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
Skilled in menu development, food presentation, and cost control.
Creative and passionate about modern and quality cuisine.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
