REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior CDP.

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.

  • Skilled in menu development, food presentation, and cost control.

  • Creative and passionate about modern and quality cuisine.

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
