Requirements:

Bachelor's or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)/ Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
Have 10-15 year of experiences in engineering/technical operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
Have Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence is a plus
Proven expertise in driving multi-site operational excellence, KPI/SLA achievement, and compliance.
Proven track record in driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
Fluent in English (spoken & written) – essential for executive communication

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Operational Performance Technical Department by developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, reliability, and productivity across all sites.
Ensures standardized technical operations, achievement of KPIs and quality targets, compliance with group standards, and effective problem resolution.
Establish technical policies and ensuring their effective implementation across all operational areas by driving performance through engineering best practices, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Identify opportunities and support commercial in cross selling or winning new technical services contracts
Lead and develop teams to deliver high performance and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze operations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization
Oversee process improvement & projects ensuring innovation, cost efficiency, and standardization
Ensure policy creation & implementation while driving KPI/SLA achievement and regulatory compliance
Oversee health, safety & environment implementation in their daily work and within their work area in the organization
Ensure that all subordinates refrain from any involvement in bribery & corrupt practices in their daily work
