Job Description
- Collect, clean, and validate sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and create clear, compelling reports and visualizations to present data insights to management and stakeholders.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to inform sales strategies, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand their data needs and provide support for their initiatives.
- Utilize sales data to forecast future sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field like Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a Management Information System (MIS) is often preferred.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience creating dashboards and using tools to visualize data effectively.
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and devise solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain data insights to various stakeholders.
- High degree of accuracy and meticulousness in data handling and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively with other departments to achieve common goals.
