About the Role
PT Lotte Innovate Indonesia is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR systems (SF/BIPO), and driving employee skill development initiatives to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll, attendance, and employee data management through SF/BIPO systems.
- Support HR digital transformation initiatives to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement employee training and skill development programs that align with company goals and career growth paths.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated, compliant, and effectively communicated across all levels.
- Provide HR analytics and insights to management for continuous improvement and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR development, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (SF) or BIPO HR systems.
- Proven experience in designing and managing employee development and training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
