Responsibility:
- Monitor brand performance on a weekly & monthly basis to achieve sales target
- Arrange monthly orders to ensure product availability that meets the sales forecast
- Monitor & calculate OTB, maintain healthy inventory
- Liaise with suppliers to maximize brand performance and achieve quality service
- Work creatively to improve sales after the pandemic
- Developing exit strategies for unsuccessful product
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-8 years experience in merchandising or category management in offline & online store
- Strong analytical skills in sales and inventory management
- Proficient in MS Office & English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
