About the role
We are seeking a final year student / fresh graduate to join our internship program as a Call Center Intern. As a Call Center Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Providing accurate information and guidance on our products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members for further assistance
- Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics and a keen interest in the industry
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not essential
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a requirement
