Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiency and innovation by designing, optimizing, and automating reporting scripts, data flows, and data models that deliver accurate, scalable insights for decision-making.
- Partner with regional teams to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data-related features, ensuring seamless integration with business requirements and operational needs.
- Act as a key problem-solver by analyzing and resolving issues related to system metadata, data quality, and governance in collaboration with the Data Product and Data Mart teams.
- Establish best practices by documenting, standardizing, and managing BI scripts and data processes, fostering consistency and transparency across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science within financial services (FinTech, banking) or technology industries.
- Solid understanding of banking business processes, data frameworks, and industry regulations.
- Advanced skills in SQL and proficiency in analytical programming languages such as Python.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of turning data into strategic insights.
- Effective communicator with excellent English proficiency, able to collaborate across diverse teams and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
